This notice describes how information is handled when you use the BPB Labs website or contact our sales team.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. The website does not submit your form entries to a server or store a copy in your browser. You must send the email to submit an inquiry. If you send it, our sales team receives your email address and the business, material and other details you include.
How inquiries are used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss sourcing requirements and manage any resulting business correspondence. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
Hosting and traffic screening
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and secure the site.
The production homepage uses TrafficShield to evaluate visits and route traffic. Its script sends browser and language information, the referring page and the current page URL to TrafficShield; network requests also disclose an IP address. Campaign rules can cause the browser to redirect to another destination. Do not put personal or sensitive information into page URLs.
Other pages on this site do not load the TrafficShield script. The site does not add an advertising pixel or store inquiry entries in browser cookies or local storage.
Service providers and retention
Email and hosting providers process information needed to operate their services. Business correspondence may be retained to respond to inquiries, manage orders and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence and any resulting transaction.
